Privacy statement

Fifis Fighting & Fitness values your privacy. This statement explains which data is processed, why it is processed, and what rights you have.

1. Who processes your data?

2. Which data is processed?

• Your name, phone number and email address, as you provide them through WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
• What you tell me about your training goals, your preferred training format and your preferred location.

3. Why is it used?

• To contact you about your request.
• To plan, run and adjust your training.
• For invoicing and administration.

4. Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your consent, the performance of our agreement, and statutory record keeping obligations.

5. How long it is kept

Data is not kept longer than necessary. Administrative and invoice records are kept for seven years, as Dutch law requires. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

6. Sharing with others

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with parties needed to deliver the service, such as the bookkeeper or the hosting provider, and only as far as necessary.

7. Your rights

You have the right to see your data, to correct it, to have it deleted and to receive a copy of it. You can also object to it being processed. Send your request to info@fifisfightingandfitness.nl. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies of its own. It does load a font from Google Fonts, which means your IP address may reach Google.

9. Language

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any difference in meaning, the Dutch version applies.
